In this video tutorial, I will show you how to remove background from an image using GIMP 2.10 Foreground Select Tool.
There are many different ways to remove a background from an image using GIMP, the foreground select tool is one method I use often when the image is not too complex.
The first goal is to select the content you want to keep, once completed we next need to help GIMP understand what content to keep from our rough selection. We can do this by painting carefully over the content which needs to be kept.
