In this video tutorial, I will show you how to unblock an IP address using the WHM Web Hosting Manager.
Are you running a website design business or using Linux-based hosting? Sometimes an IP address can get blocked on a web server and this can be for various reasons.
In most cases, it is because an incorrect password has been typed in multiple times for an e-mail address or Cpanel account.
Before unblocking an IP address, it is worth investigating why the IP address was blocked in the first place.
Tips: if you find out that your customer or a staff member is entering a password incorrectly then it might be worth resetting the password so the IP address does not get blocked again for the same reason.
