Cafe Bite contacted DCP Website Designers to rebuild their cafe shop business website.
The new Cafe Bite website is fully responsive which allows the website to display correctly on desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile phone devices.
Cafe Bite also has access to a secure content management system which allows them to make updates to their website in real-time.
The website incorporates a large visual image slider on the home page.
The menu is broken down into three distinct sections:
- Main Courses
- Drinks
- Desserts
Cafe Bite also runs a catering service. DCP was requested to create a dedicated section of the website to document the catering services provided.
DCP was also requested to create a custom design PDF download menu.
Cafe Bite also requested for DCP to source suitable images and use images from the existing Cafe Bite Facebook page.
Potential customers can contact Cafe Bite using an online contact form located on the contact page.
Customers can also get directions to the Cafe using the embedded Google Map.
The website is secured using an SSL certificate. This ensures that any data passed between a visitor’s computer and the Cafe Bite website is encrypted.
DCP also optimised the website for fast loading speed and used the Google Page Speed Tool to refine results.
DCP managed to achieve Google Page Speed Scores of:
- 82 / 100 for Desktop Computers
- 76 / 100 for Mobile Devices
