How to join audio tracks using Audacity 3

Join music or audio tracks using Audacity audio editor

Using Audacity to join multiple MP3 files is super simple.

Combining MP3 files is a task I often use when I need to create a podcast or join music tracks together for a seamless playlist.

The main goal is to stack d MP3 files in Audacity in the correct order, the first track should be placed at the top of the Audacity editor window, place the next music track or audio track directly below and then repeat this process for all audio content.

Audacity has a built-in MP3 exporting tool so you can easily convert multiple audio base files into a single MP3 track.

Audacity also allows you to export join audio files into both WAV and OGG file formats.

To sequence the audio content in audacity we need to use the time shift tool.

You can also use the effects dropdown menu to fade in and fade out audio content for better audio transitions.
