1. Import the video file you want to resize into your Premiere Pro project.

2. Drag the video clip from the Project panel onto the Timeline.

4. Go to the Effect Controls panel on the right side of the screen. The panel should display the selected clip’s properties and controls.

5. In the Effect Controls panel, find the Scale property under the Transform section.
